Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Return
A return request can be placed if:

Product received is damaged/defective/incorrect

Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Product must be unused & in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Personalized or discounted items

Items damaged after delivery by customer use/storage
3. Return Process

Share order ID + product images/videos as proof at [support email/WhatsApp]

Once approved, send product to our return address.

After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-10 working days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation cannot be done — it must go through return process.
