We want our customers to feel satisfied and valued. If there is an issue with your order, here’s how we support you:

1. Eligibility for Return

A return request can be placed if:

  • Product received is damaged/defective/incorrect

  • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused & in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personalized or discounted items

  • Items damaged after delivery by customer use/storage

3. Return Process

  1. Share order ID + product images/videos as proof at [support email/WhatsApp]

  2. Once approved, send product to our return address.

  3. After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-10 working days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation is allowed before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation cannot be done — it must go through return process.
